• Once I reach the location that you specified, the charge will start.
• After I transported your luggage to your specified location and get paid for the service provided, the charge will end.
• Waste and illegal items will not be transported.
• The mode of payment is only cash.
• It is recommended that you stay with your Man and Van driver while the service is being provided.
• Please pay a £15.00 extra charge if we are travelling through the London Congestion Charge Zone between 07:00 and 22:00, Monday to Sunday.
